You'll need to go into Computer Management and look at the properties for the 
SNMP service itself.  In the properties, you'll find a security tab, which 
windows leaves blank by default, except for allowing SNMP from your local host. 
(wait a min, Windows is SECURE? (=  )

You'll want to add both your communities to the top section, as well as the 
zenoss server hostname or IPaddress under the "Accept SNMP packets from these 
hosts" section.

Once you do that, you'll be able to get the snmpwalk to work correctly.
