Curtix, You'll need to go into Computer Management and look at the properties for the SNMP service itself. In the properties, you'll find a security tab, which windows leaves blank by default, except for allowing SNMP from your local host. (wait a min, Windows is SECURE? (= )
You'll want to add both your communities to the top section, as well as the zenoss server hostname or IPaddress under the "Accept SNMP packets from these hosts" section. Once you do that, you'll be able to get the snmpwalk to work correctly. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=24788#24788 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
