LDAPMonitor installs a template in /Devices/Server called LDAPServer.
To use it you need to go to your LDAP server, then to the menu -> More
-> Templates and bind the LDAPServer template to your device. You'll
also want to setup the following zProperties:
zLDAPBaseDN
zLDAPBindDN
zLDAPBindPassword
