You could try contacting Zenoss Inc sales to see what they would quote
for that. Otherwise, I'm not really sure what 3rd party consultants
exist currently.
Maybe http://www.sandboxcomputers.com/ ? They are the commercial end of
the people who made the advanced WMI zenpack and an exchange one here:

While they only talk about zenpacks, maybe they would offer help on
upgrades.

I understand, but the last time we tried that, we ended up scrapping our whole
system. We had to rebuild from scratch and re-enter everything.
Still would like a «professional» to help us with this migration.

We are currently running Zenoss 2.1.3 on openSuSE 10.2. We have just
built a brand new server with Zenoss 2.2.3 on openSuSE 10.3. I would
like to migrate all of my configuration and devices over to the new
version. I know there are instructions on how to do this, but by all
accounts, problems are to be expected.
The best procedure would be to first upgrade the 2.1.3 instance to
2.2.3. Then you can do a zenbackup from it and a zenrestore onto the
new system.
