As you may know, Zenoss is planning on making our next major release
(2.3) next month. Unlike previous major releases, we are planning an
opt-in beta and hoping to receive feedback and bug-reports from
participants. This is not an exclusionary process, we are just trying
to ensure that we don't have beta releases getting deployed in
production instances. Our preferred beta-tester is someone who is
fairly experienced with Zenoss, can deploy and evaluate the beta
against a variety of devices (especially Windows and JMX) and is
willing to participate in followup questionnaires and discuss any
issues found on a new zenoss-testing forum. If you are interested in
participating or have any questions, please email me directly and I
will notify you once the beta test starts (targeting the end of the
month).
