James, to answer your question I get the top graph as a full image with "missing rrd file" in the data section the rest of the graphs are missing with just the zoom buttons visible.
In terms of http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?t=7277 this doesn't seem to have resolved the issue I have. I do notice that the .pickle files are only created for the devices that are working but not for newly created devices, also if a working device is deleted then re added it stops working. An SNMP walk of the devices shows everything working identically on all devices in the class, additionally I have a default Zenoss instance that is showing all devices correctly. The process I went through to create the new class was:- create new organisers under /devices go to existing default windows class and copy templates to new class bind new templates to new class move existing devices to new class At this point everything works correctly but new devices model correctly (or at least it looks that way) but no performance data is stored to rrd files.
