You may be exceeding the OID's per poll on some of the devices you're monitoring. I believe that the default value is set to 40. You can changed this in the zProperties area.
I experienced this problem when trying to monitor Ascend Pipeline routers. They would model just fine but when polling they would give an snmp agent down message.
