Hi I am using Zenoss Virtual Appliances on windows XP, I have added one windows device for SNMP monitoring; both native SNMP and SNMP informants are installed on windows Device. I have configured SNMP for Community String both on device as well as in Zenoss. WMI service is also running in windows and correct authentication is set in device zproperties Zen Pack WindowsWMIDeviceTemplateV2 is also installed, However while adding the device I m not getting the Option for SNMP under Discovery Protocol menu, it shows only auto / none However after adding the device using protocol auto, when I model device I get error for zenwin under CompnentType saying âERROR_NET_WRITE_FAULT: A write fault occurred on the networkâ also under OS Tab m getting data only under Interfaces but nothing is visible under Win Services, OS Processes, IP Services, File Systems, and Routes etc...
