I don't think that log message is related to the problem. The two most
common reasons for not seeing anything on the network map are first:
not having the Adobe Flash plugin installed in your browser and
second: not being centered on a device or network that exists.
The default "center" of the map is the 192.168.1.0 network. If you
don't have this network you might see a blank map. Try entering a
device name in the search box in the top-left of the map to see if it
takes you to it. If it does, you'll want to edit your user preference
(link near the top-right of the page) and set your Network Map Start
Object to something valid.
