I don't believe there is a way. A Min/Max threshold should not be a dynamic value.
Is the value you're getting through SNMP a dynamic value? If not, what's the difference between statically assigning it in the GUI and assigning it via SNMP? You'll have to make the change either on the device or in Zenoss if you ever want to adjust your threshold.
