Nobody here has seen the problem, can you try this:
zenoss stop
rm $ZENHOME/var/zenhub-1.zec
zenoss start
If it still won't start, try running
zenoss stop
zeoctl start
zenhub run -v10
and reporting back what you see. If it continues to not work let's
open a ticket.

I know I read the posts from previous users trying an upgrade... i
know should have known better... but right now all i care is to find
out is if this can be rectified or if i should just start working on
rebuilding the box...
I can't be the only one that ran into this...?
