Hello to anyone and thanks again for the help I previously received.

I stumbled in a new problem working on Zenoss 2.2.3.
Trying to monitor a device with a proprietary MIB i followed these steps:

- loaded the MIB to Zenoss
- created a new template for the device class
- added new Data Sources with the appropriate OIDs
- added DataPoints therein
- added a Threshold and a Graph, both refered to one of the DataPoints

When I test the Data Source against the monitored device i get a response like
this:
  Executing command against my.test.device
  SNMPv2-SMI::transmission.127.1.1.4.1.5.3 = INTEGER: 105
  DONE in 0 seconds

The DataPoint is set as GAUGE with a min of 0, a max of 1000, and no "Create
Cmd"

Still, on the device I get this event:
Error reading value for "docsIfSigQSignalNoise" on my.test.device (oid
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.127.1.1.4.1.5 is bad)

And on the performace graph, this legend:
   MISSING RRD FILE: my.test.device docsIfSigQSignalNoise_docsIfSigQSignalNoise
(with obviously no graph line displayed)

I'm not sure what got wrong in this, can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
L. Carli
