Which installer did you use? The install guide covers uninstalling
for a variety of platforms:

hi all,
i had some problem with my zenoss 2.2.3 and i unistall it. now i
want to intall the 2.2.4 new release...but my old one is already in
the file system.
how can i remove completely the zenoss file from my file system?
my error was "pkg_resources" while i was installing zen pack so,
surfing in the forum, i installed the last setuptools release. after
of this step..."service zenoss restart" don't restart because every
zenoss's daemon request "pkg_resources".
now i wish to reinstall all the zenoss file and to repair the python
installation
