I searched on this and found:
zEventClearClasses property of the "state down" event class to specify
that it is cleared by the "state up" event class.

Unfortunately this is where my problem arises- once I change the eventclasskey to a 3rd
key (as suggested in section 13 of the admin guide) Zenoss stops recognizing the events
and they go back to being "/Unknown"
If anybody can give any insight into this problem, (or even better a solution...) I'd *really* appreciate it.
