Hmmm, well, it does look like database corruption then to me. Best bet
might be a zenrestore of the backup from the day before you re-booted,
if you had that running.

Just had a look through the thread and can't find anything that I can draw
comparisons with, even checked through all permissions and can't see anything
out of place there either.
