:D   Matt, thanks for your quick reply and suggestions. After visiting your 
links I kept perusing the site and found the answer! Sometimes I wish Zenoss 
one day will build and Optional Agent (specially for Windows) to be used in 
these cases.

The easiest way is already documented in Zenoss Howtos: 
Setup syslog to forward messages to Zenoss 
http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/howtos/setup-syslog/.

Using the Agent from Datagram you can pretty much send any Windows text log as 
a syslog message to Zenoss or a syslog server like Syslog-NG.

The Agent is based on Free Open Source code of  NTSyslog so it can be used free 
of charge.
