With multi-graph reports I have found that if just 1 device doesn't have the data (isn't modeled correctly or whatever) then the entire graph will be blank when they're all grouped into 1 graph. To test this theory, change back to a separate graph for each device and see if any are coming up blank. If so, then you found your culprit. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, btw....
