Well, you need to know how the hardware RAID exposes information. I'm
guessing it's SNMP as you're talking about MIBs. So you need to find out
the OIDs to poll, and what the value means per OID. Using a MIB Browser
(including, perhaps, the Zenpack one) can help you discover what OIDs
give you.
Then you need to decide what you want to know and poll, specifically do
you want to graph a value from the SNMP data? Do you want to get binary
info? Etc... You can look at existing Templates for some examples, the
Admin Guide and the Zenoss book give some more info, and searching the
forums will find even more.
