When I stop a sevice that I am supposed to be monitoring, the event appears in zenwin.log. but it is not reflected in the GUI in that no error appears in status tab of the device and the OS tab WinServices for the sevice is still green, and of course no alert is sent. I checked that ZenHub is running and all the daemons have green lights. I am using Zenoss 2.23 from the VA. What approach do you recommend that I take to debug this?
