I had this problem as well. Steps I took to resolve the problem:
1. Verified the user could access the system via a Windows login screen or RDP connection. 2. Verified the user name and password I had in zWinUser and zWinPassword were correct. 3. Became the Zenoss user on my Zenoss server and ran (will prompt for password) wmic -U 'domain/user_name' //system_name_as_it_is_in_zenoss "Select * from Win32_ComputerSystem" 4. Downloaded http://www.zenoss.com/Members/tseward/wmi-1.1.3-bin.tar.gz/view per instructions found in post http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?t=7239&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=wmi&start=15 Hope the above helps -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=26737#26737 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
