You should better use bridging and an dedicated IP-Address for your Zenoss 
Server.  Zenoss is a multi threaded application that opens a lot of network 
connections. Which puts a lot of stress on your NAT daemon. So either avoid NAT 
at all or use a dedicated device like a firewall.
