I gotta admit, I really like this script.  As for the question of graphing 
this, define the script to be run via zencommand in the template for the zenoss 
installation.  Then define your datapoints to match the return values you want 
to graph. (IE SNMPToDevs as the datapoint name) Then define the type of return 
value it is, and make the graph.  In this case this would probably be a gauge, 
since it is an integer return value.  Hope that helps.   If you treat this 
script as a nagios plugin, follow what it says in the admin guide, and you 
should not have too many problems.
