Ok, well at least we know that the device will return 64 bit counters.  Have 
you confirmed in zProperties that you are using snmp v2 there as well?  SNMP v1 
will not work, and I know that this is sometimes overlooked, especially when 
devices have been moved around.  Also in zenperfsnmp, when it is restarted, do 
you see error messages stating that the device config cannot be loaded?
