Sure ! I use this online tool to get the coordinates of the spots that google 
can't resolve with enough precision : http://www.wotton.org/map/getlatlng.html

All you have to do is to move the pin to where you want and cut and paste the 
Lat and Long values in the address field of your Location, separated by a space 
(you need to respect this order : Latitude first, space, Longitude) - works 
like a charm :)
