I typically use "su - zenoss" to access the zenoss user on the VM.  I  
don't know of a password for the zenoss account and all references to  
it I can find mention su-ing to it.  You can set it if you like with  
"passwd zenoss" as the root user, but there's not really a need for  
that.  If it's not working as expected, make sure you use the "-" in  
the "su - zenoss", this argument is used to provide an environment  
similar to what the user would expect had the user logged in directly.
