Hi all, I thought, that it would be usefull to have Comments attribute of the device in the body of e-mail message generated through alerting rule. We have (probably like you) tens of servers and our 1stLeve support has troubles to recognize what kind of services affected server provides. We have these informations maintained in Comments attribute of the device.
Can anybody help me and tell how to add Comments to body of the e-mail message? Thanks a lot!
