Zenoss only uses MIBs for translating SNMP Traps. If your services/devices are not sending SNMP Traps to Zenoss, the MIBs won't be used at all. If you look at the quickstart guide and the admin guide, you'll see you need to create a template to access specific OIDs for polling...
