Greetings, Using Zenoss 2.3.0 on CentOS 5.2, I am attempting to add a number of /27 and /30 networks/subnetworks then scan them for devices.
I enter the appropriate IP/netmask under "Add Network..." drop-down menu. I then change the zDefaultNetworkTree to the appropriate netmask length (although I am not sure why the netmask length does not automatically get changed to the appropriate values upon creation?) under zProperties of the network that I have created and want to scan. I then select the network that I want to discover and run the "Discover devices..." cmd in the drop-down menu. The zendisc process runs but creates /24s for the results even though I only wanted to scan the network selected. Am I doing something wrong?
