You could create a template for the specific device you want to run this 
against. 
1. To do this go the class that the device is under say /Devices/Server/Linux
2. Go to the Templates Tab
3. Click the down arrow and create a new template.
4. Name the template whatever you would like.
5. Now add a new DataSource
6. Give the datasource a name.
7. In the OID put the full OID you would like to gather information from such 
as 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.54.54.100.1
8. Next add a DataPoint and make it a GAUGE for Type and give it a name also.
9. Go to the main screen and create a threshold and give it a name.
10. Select the datapoint that you create earlier.
11. You can also set the min value and max value so it will generate an alert. 
save the changes.
12. Go back to the main screen for the template and add a graph
13. Give the graph a name save it.
14. Add a datapoint to the graph which is the one you created earlier.
15. Add a threshold which is the one you created earlier.
16. Save and your done.
go back to the templates for the Server/Linux and now bind the template to the 
Linus Class, just click on the down arrow and select bind template.
