Thanks for your reply. I guess I didn't provide enough information.
I have informant installed on a few windows boxes, and you're correct in that it populates those fields. However, the device I'm working with is running Netware 6.5 OS, so I can't install informant. If I new where the snmp config settings were, I could modify them to make it will work. Since the fields populate with snmp-informant, there must be device specific snmp config settings somewhere related to those fields. I just wish someone could tell me where. Can you or anyone else help?
