My bad, hehe. My understanding on the "acceptPause" and "acceptStop" is wrong. I thought it that setting it to true means that Zenoss will allow the service in Stop or Pause condition and still display green. Those two fields are just service statuses saying if the service can be pause or stop. Well, I forgot to push the changes when the services are automatically added for monitoring in the device and it takes a little while for the green light to turn red and I'm a little bit impatient during those time. :)
