I have a couple problems that have been persistent across the past couple updates (I'm on 2.3 right now)
We're seeing devices not clearing for up to 18 hours after they recover (Eg. I can ping the device or interface but ZenOSS still sees it as down) Another thing we're seeing are seemingly random interfaces on some Cisco devices are not graphing.
