An interesting question.  :)

  There are a few data stores that you would need to be aware of when doing 
such a thing:

 * ZODB - device classes, any added MIBs or ZenPacks, users, schedules
    As konsa79 points out, moving the ZODB can be done with enough work (ie you 
would need to verify paths for things in the XML).

 * MySQL - event information
    Depending on how you feel about your events, you may or may not want to get 
a dump from MySQL and restore it.

 * RRD files - performance data
   The RRD files can be plopped back into the appropriate directory structure.  
(eg "tar cf rrds.tar $ZENHOME/perf" on source box, then "tar xf rrds.tar" on 
target box)

    While something like you desire is possible, although there might be a few 
bumps along the road as that type of migration wasn't a design point.  Good
