I see that the http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/howtos/setup-syslog/ recommends the (somewhat old) datagram syslog client... Any reason not to use epilog for windows that seems more modern and active?
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=39535&package_id=214300&release_id=634531 The problem I have is the datagram agent doesn't seem to notice log additions by FlexLM... so it's not particularly useful as I don't get syslog info sent.
