When a ticket is opened up against a milestone, it's intended to be worked on for that release. So in theory it should get some attention for the next release. There are a lot of UI cleanups/upgrades going into Blue Crab, so it may get fixed. http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/milestone/Blue%20Crab
