I've got a syslog event that is coming in that I have mapped to an info level: person checks out a license, we get info event that license is OUT. Now I want to have the license IN to auto history the OUT event. The syslog in makes the component OUT or IN for the relevent event when mapped to /Unknown. It also seems to work right and shows up if I just map to /App/Log for the IN events. But every time I make the IN event status and clear, it "disappears" *and* leaves the OUT event...
I'm not at all sure what's going on, I've not had issues like this with event mappings before.
