Hi Folks,

my main problem is still getting 64-bit counter on 10 GE ports to work with
bandwithgraphs.

But reading the one or the other threads I tried to to some steps one after the
other and have a look what still works afterwards.

- I added a new device in the class discovered. Fine.
- the default counters are working, it's snmp-ver 1.0
- I moved the device to another device-class. The only difference should be
snmp v2c
- I had a look into the localhost.pickle file of the device after the move.
- It looks like there is still snmp v10 configured there
- I started zenmodeler and zenperfsnmp manually: no change
- I stoped zenoss, removed localhost.pickle, rebooted the server
- NO pickle-file is showing up.
- I started zenmodeler and zperfsnmp manually: no
- zenperfsnmp is saying:
Code:
WARNING:zen.zenperfsnmp:Error loading config for devices ['pedtm1']

- I guess because of a missing pickle-file?

Now, the interface-polling is not working any more. The graphs are still
displayed because the rrd-file is still there but the graph is filled white
from right by time now.

So, why is the pickle-file not generated or the configuration to snmp-ver 2c
not configured after moving?

After that I will try to use a copy of the default template and after that
changing it to 64-bit.

Best regards
Patrick
