I have not seen this issue but a little googling indicates 
/opt/zenoss/bin/fsrecover might to the trick.  I recommend coping Data.fs 
before attempting a recover.

Step I would do:

1: Become the zenoss user
2: Verify there are no Zenoss related process running, kill them if  exists.
3: Copy Data.fs to a secure location
4: Then I would run the following (all on one line!)

/opt/zenoss/bin/fsrecover -v 1 /opt/zenoss/var/Data.fs 
/opt/zenoss/var/Data.fs.fixed

5: Rename /opt/zenoss/var/Data.fs.fixed /opt/zenoss/var/Data.fs 
6: Start Zenoss
