abdullah, Is Zenoss running? The first line of your message indicates Zeo (Zope) is not running. I suggest verifying Zenoss is running correctly by shutting down zenoss and making sure their is no orphaned process. Once all the zenoss processes are cleaned up start zenoss and try again.
