I have something similarly strange. The events and RRD graphs all have their times adjusted relative to the local timezone of the workstation, but the server time and the "last updated" time on the event console show a time shift, but in the wrong direction. I'm in the pacific timezone while the zenoss system is in the eastern time, a three hour time difference. It's currently 1 PM where I am 4 PM where the server is, but the server time and last updated time show 7 PM.
