Hmmm... that's a new one to me. Clearing the browser cache usually cleans up a lot of things, does this occur on more than 1 machine? Does this happen no matter who logs in? Are there any settings you're applying to your browser (font sizes, css, proxy)? 2.3 fixed a lot of browser javascript issues as well.
