Paul, I got around this problem by making the same changes to the check_netapp script you did, but by also recreating the template for filesystem utilization.
Its an ugly hack, but I was able to make the changes to the ZenPack so that both the os tab and the filesystem utilization graph are in sync and the data is not reversed. I could not find where the reversal occurs in the modeling, so instead I flipped the values and compensated for the switch. Sorry about the 1.2 install.
