I got lm sensors to graph without a problem. Perhaps your zodb cache is messed up or something like that. Although I don't know if your database conflicts are causing your graphing issue.
Stop zenoss, and blow away $ZENHOME/var/*.zec and restart zenoss, see if that helps with some of those database conflicts.
