Hi I've got zenoss setup to send emails and pages whenever it gets an SNMP trap from our UPS'. This works great and it sends the alerts no problem. The issue I'm having is that if nobody is managing the zenoss console and acks or moves to history the UPS trap, it will not alert again until it ages out (and in the case of UPS traps being critical severity, they never age out). Is there anyway I can tell Zenoss to alert every time a UPS trap comes in, regardless of the count?
