I have just tried to stop zenhub and ran it with 'zenhub run -v3' and there wasn't really that many topology warnings, ofcourse there was some activity but it didn't really look like there was something wrong.
What can I do to try and debug if it is infact zope that is not running well? I suspect that it may be here that our problem is, because it is the webinterface that is so slow.
