I have a router that is currently being monitored by Zenoss. When I added it, i used the IP Address of the GigE port. So whenever that port loses connectivity, and event is generated and I get an alert sent to me. The thing is that I also want to monitor the Serial interface. I see it listed there and it shows it's up. However, when I down the other end of the link, Zenoss is not creating an event saying the interface is down.
Is there a way I can make sure Zenoss continues to ping this Serial interface so that way I can get an alert when it goes down? Thanks for any help! -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=29789#29789 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
