zenpatch is a script which downloads diff file using curl software and applies it using patch utility. Since your curl installation is failing you can manually download the updated files for this changeset in zip format here http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/changeset/11502?format=zip&new=11502 and then manually replace the files in your zenoss directory with the files in the downloaded archive. Since those are only javascript files you would only need to clean the browser cache afterwards to apply the changes.
