I had the same issue, and finally it was because my FileSystem Template was not
correct.
(GraphPoint usedBlocks had missing RPN entry)
It is located at /Devices /Server /Linux

DataPoints: usedBlocks
Threshold: Free Space 90 Percent MinMaxThreshold
