Running Zenoss from SVN is asking for trouble if you're not on the  
2.3.X branch, things have been known to get broken in trunk and not  
found for awhile.  That said, you should be able to go to the OS tab,  
select the filesystem and set monitoring to "Disable".

For your second question, I believe you can go into your snmpd.conf  
and exclude filesystems from getting reported.  You'll probably need  
to hit up the man page.
