Hi, How do I get Zenoss to show and graph disk usage, please? Right now it says "unknown" for bytes used/free, and there are no graphs under the Perf tab.
Details: Zenoss Core 2.3.0 In the OS tab, the filesystems are listed and the Total bytes figure is correct, but used bytes and free bytes is "unknown". There are no performance graphs. I have this problem with all my devices, some run NET-SNMP version 5.3.1 on one and some 5.4.2.1. I've tried querying the available disk space, per http://agiletesting.blogspot.com/2005/10/mini-howto-2-system-monitoring-via.html and that works fine, the NET-SNMP returns bytes free correctly: # snmpget -v 1 -c $my_community_string $my_ip_address .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.7.1 UCD-SNMP-MIB::dskAvail.1 = INTEGER: 104056784 # I installed this Zenoss instance and added the devices more than a month ago. I searched the zenoss-users archive and tried running $ZENHOME/bin/zenperfsnmp run -v 10 -d $my_hostname and there were no errors (only INFO and DEBUG messages). $ $ZENHOME/bin/zenperfsnmp status program running; pid=3104 $ How to get Zenoss to show (and graph) the disk usage, please?
