Did you ever find a solution to this issue? Seems like I've run into the same problem. Upgraded from 2.2.3 to 2.3.2 and gone was the Harddisk section from Hardware tab.
Trying different things to make it work again, the template installs without problems but the "Harddisk" section is not there and I get "Debug"-level messages in event log and in zenperfsnmp.log saying that "oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.3 is bad". And other similar bad messages with different last number.
